Return Process

Ensure your item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and verify that your request is being made within the 7-day post-delivery window.
- 2.Submit a Request
Email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item received to initiate the verification process.
- 3.Ship the Item
Once your return is approved, package the item securely and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the product back to our distribution center.
- 4.Receive Resolution
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
